Heavy-duty heated soak-tank decarboniser - 10L

Surekleen Sure Solve is a highly alkaline soak-tank cleaner for baked-on carbon, grease, fats and food residues on compatible heavy-duty metal kitchen equipment. It is designed for heated soak tanks at 70-80°C with an overnight 8-12-hour dwell time.

  • 1:12 dilution - 8L per 100L water
  • Enough product for approximately 62.5 litres of tank water at the documented rate
  • For stainless steel, carbon steel and heavy-duty metal equipment
  • Reduces manual scrubbing after extended soaking

Sure Solve is a concentrated, highly alkaline decarboniser purpose-designed for commercial heated soak tanks. Extended dwell time and controlled heat help penetrate stubborn carbon and grease on stainless steel, carbon steel and other compatible heavy-duty metal kitchen equipment.

At the documented 1:12 rate (8L per 100L water), the 5L pack provides enough product for approximately 62.5 litres of tank water. Actual tank make-up depends on system calibration and operating procedure.

Application & Technical Information

Directions for Use

  1. Fill the soak tank with water and heat to 70-80°C.
  2. Add Sure Solve at 1:12 - 8L per 100L water.
  3. Fully submerge compatible items.
  4. Soak for 8-12 hours.
  5. Remove items and rinse thoroughly with potable water.
  6. Light scrubbing may be required for residual carbon.

Compatibility: Suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel and heavy-duty metal kitchen equipment. Not suitable for aluminium or soft metals. Always test before use.

Safety and Storage

Keep out of reach of children. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing or apron, and eye/face protection. Do not breathe mist, vapour or spray. Avoid skin and eye contact. Ensure eyewash and safety-shower access. Store sealed, upright, cool, dry, ventilated and locked up away from foodstuffs, direct sunlight, heat and oxidising agents. If exposed, follow the SDS and immediately contact a Poisons Information Centre or doctor.
