Woollahra Group supplies commercial cleaning chemicals, hygiene products, paper consumables, industrial products and procurement solutions to businesses and organisations across Australia.

Placing an Order

Orders may be placed through:

  • Our online store
  • An approved Woollahra Group trading account
  • An authorised purchase order
  • A quotation supplied by our team
  • Direct assistance from our customer service team

Online orders are subject to product availability, payment approval and confirmation by Woollahra Group.

Product Availability

Products displayed on our website may be stocked products, supplier-direct products or items purchased specifically to meet customer requirements.

If an ordered product is unavailable or requires an extended lead time, our team will contact you to discuss:

  • An estimated supply date
  • A suitable alternative
  • Partial delivery
  • Amendment or cancellation of the affected item

Pricing and GST

Unless otherwise stated, product prices and quotations are expressed in Australian dollars.

Applicable GST, delivery charges and other fees will be displayed or confirmed before the order is finalised.

Quoted pricing is valid for the period shown on the quotation and may be subject to product availability, supplier pricing and freight requirements.

Minimum Order Value and Freight

Orders below $400 excluding GST may incur a $40 delivery charge excluding GST.

Additional freight charges may apply to bulky goods, dangerous goods, regional deliveries, interstate orders or products requiring specialised transport.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or confirmed by our team when an order is placed.

Customers with an approved Woollahra Group trading account may purchase according to their agreed payment terms and account conditions.

Trading accounts are subject to application, assessment and approval by Woollahra Group.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders should clearly include:

  • Customer or business name
  • Purchase-order number
  • Billing and delivery addresses
  • Contact details
  • Product descriptions or item codes
  • Required quantities
  • Any site-access or delivery instructions

Submission of a purchase order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed once accepted and processed by Woollahra Group.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel an order.

Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been dispatched, manufactured, specially sourced or committed to a supplier. Charges may apply to cancelled special-order or non-stock products.

Quotations and Commercial Supply

Commercial customers requiring volume pricing, multi-site supply, consolidated procurement or specialised products can request a quotation from our team.
