Surekleen Beer Line Cleaner Part B - 5L

Product description

Acidic and Oxidising Beer-Line Descaler

Beer Line Cleaner Part B is the inorganic-scale removal stage of Surekleen's professional two-part beer-line cleaning system. Its hydrogen-peroxide-based acidic formulation targets beer stone, calcium scale and mineral deposits that remain after the Part A organic-cleaning stage.

Part B must only be introduced after Part A has been completely drained and the system thoroughly rinsed with clean potable water. After Part B circulation, drain and rinse thoroughly until neutral before returning the system to service.

Why Choose Part B?

Targets Beer Stone and Mineral Scale

Purpose-built acidic and oxidising chemistry attacks inorganic deposits that alkaline organic-soil cleaning alone may not remove.

Controlled Hydrogen Peroxide Formulation

Contains less than 8% hydrogen peroxide for professional second-stage descaling.

Low-Dose Professional Concentrate

Use 120 mL per 10 L of potable water, equivalent to four approximately 30 mL pump doses.

Non-Perfumed and Non-Tainting

Designed for professional beverage systems where fragrance and flavour carry-over must be avoided.

Completes the Two-Stage Process

Used after Part A has been fully drained and rinsed, Part B removes remaining inorganic scale before a final potable-water rinse until neutral.

Case Study

A Controlled Two-Stage Beer Line Cleaning System

Different Contamination Requires Different Chemistry

Beer dispensing systems accumulate both organic residues and inorganic mineral scale. The Surekleen system separates these cleaning tasks into two controlled stages rather than asking one product to do both jobs.

  1. Part A: alkaline cleaning stage for yeast, proteins, sugars and organic build-up.
  2. Potable-water rinse: Part A must be completely drained and the system thoroughly rinsed.
  3. Part B: acidic/oxidising stage for beer stone, calcium scale and mineral deposits.
  4. Final potable-water rinse: rinse thoroughly until neutral before returning the system to service.

Critical warning: Never mix Part A and Part B together in concentrated form. Trained personnel must follow the current product labels, Safety Data Sheets, brewery guidance and equipment manufacturer instructions.

  2. Prepare Part B as a separate diluted solution.
  3. Circulate through beverage lines for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Drain the system completely.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with clean potable water until neutral.
  6. Only then return the system to service.
