Surekleen Beer Line Cleaner Part A - 5L

Product description

Alkaline Detergent for Beverage Dispensing Lines

Beer Line Cleaner Part A is the organic-soil removal stage of Surekleen's professional two-part cleaning system. Its potassium-hydroxide alkaline base and specialised surfactants dissolve yeast, proteins, sugars and organic residues that build up inside beer lines, tap systems and compatible fittings.

After Part A has circulated, it must be completely drained and the system thoroughly rinsed with clean potable water before Part B is introduced as a separately prepared solution.

Why Choose Part A?

Targets Organic Soil

Purpose-built alkaline chemistry attacks the biological and food-based residues that can affect hygiene, beer quality and dispensing performance.

Low-Dose Professional Concentrate

Use 120 mL per 10 L of potable water, equivalent to four approximately 30 mL pump doses.

Short Controlled Circulation

Circulate the correctly diluted solution for 5-10 minutes before draining and rinsing thoroughly.

Non-Perfumed and Non-Tainting

Designed for professional beverage systems where avoiding fragrance and flavour carry-over is essential.

Designed for a Complete Two-Stage Clean

Part A removes organic soils; separately prepared Part B follows only after a thorough potable-water rinse to address mineral scale.

Case Study

A Controlled Two-Stage Beer Line Cleaning System

Different Contamination Requires Different Chemistry

Beer dispensing systems accumulate both organic residues and inorganic mineral scale. The Surekleen system separates these cleaning tasks into two controlled stages rather than asking one product to do both jobs.

  1. Part A: alkaline cleaning stage for yeast, proteins, sugars and organic build-up.
  2. Potable-water rinse: Part A must be completely drained and the system thoroughly rinsed.
  3. Part B: acidic/oxidising stage for beer stone, calcium scale and mineral deposits.
  4. Final potable-water rinse: rinse thoroughly until neutral before returning the system to service.

Critical warning: Never mix Part A and Part B together in concentrated form. Trained personnel must follow the current product labels, Safety Data Sheets, brewery guidance and equipment manufacturer instructions.
